Last Wednesday I was involved in a three vehicle auto accident. I was the front vehicle in the collision. The person in the rear vehicle admitted fault at the scene. Police never came as no one was injured and all vehicles could be moved. All information was traded and we go our merry way. The next day, I contact Allstate and the person in vehicle number two has already started a claim. I give a statement, blah, blah, blah. On Tuesday of this week, my adjustor lets me know that a claim has been setup with vehicle number threes insurance company. Today I receive word that the person deemed to be at fault in the accident is not covered on the vehicles policy and they have denied the claim. Is there any route I can go without having to file on my uninsured motorist? Any help would be appreciated!
