LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -
A man injured in a shooting in East Lubbock Wednesday afternoon is now in good condition as he recovers at Covenant Hospital.
Police responded to a home in the 1900 block of East 1st Street around 2:45 p.m.
A
neighbor called 911 after they heard gunshots. The witness says they
saw a male running away from the scene wearing a white t-shirt and cargo
shorts.
Jabarick Ruth was located and taken to Covenant with a
gunshot wound to the back. Police say second man, Quintin Walton, was
also injured. No word on Walton's injuries.
Police say they have found multiple shell casings in the area.
