OT: DISH OnDemand

Anybody know why this is so slow most of the time? I have my cable modem (Suddenlink) hard wired to my DISH Hopper. Speed tests for Suddenlink typically average 15-20 MBPS, and yet most OnDemand titles stream at maybe 1.5 MBPS max. Occasionally, during the day, OnDemand will fly at the expected 15-20 MBPS. Very frustrating.
