The future Mrs. is having her bachelorette party in two weeks in the Dallas area. She asked me to ask you guys if you knew of any good restaurants to go to. No sushi (one lady is allergic), but everything else is on the table. Would prefer a more "trendy" type restaurant with good ambiance, as opposed to a really nice steak house. Nothing too pricey, but still a nice place. They're staying at the Four Seasons Las Colinas, so anything within 30 - 45 mins would probably be the desired drive time.
