OT: Collin County tax assessment

I've seen posts on here before about a property tax service that works to get your tax assessment lowered and if they are successful, they take a % of the total they saved you.

I'm in Collin County. Anyone have luck with a service in this area? Are there any fine print details I need to be aware of?
