I have regular bermuda (that all the builders use). Some areas look ok, some don’t. I’m planning on scalping the grass and installing new grass. I’m deciding between these two. There’s a park in Prosper (Frontier) that we play football and baseball on every Saturday that has Celebration Bermuda and it looks awesome. I’ve talked to a couple of local grass dealers and they’ve recommended emerald zoysia too (but more expensive). I don’t mind spending money on a nice yard.
