Has anyone ever been involved in a car wreck that involved a traffic light error that contributed to causing the accident or something similar?
I was involved in a wreck in a newly redone intersection with multiple lights and the new ones installed are angled so that you can't see the light until you're basically in the intersection because of the black visors over the lenses. Just wondering if I have any recourse with the city or how that would work. I know other people that have had the same problem with these lights. It makes it worse because there's a stop light for some railroad tracks right before the intersection that is plainly visible and this one isn't.
