OT - Best good moderately priced chain restaurant

Just curious as I watch us close this one out...my wife and I went to Whiskey Cake tonight for the first time in a while (given all the craziness). Some stuff there is better than other, but I've never had a bad dish there. For us it is probably the go to date place other than a local joint or two.

What other chains are out there that are a step above sophomore first date staple Applebees (no offense @Wyo Red Raider) and your high end steak houses that everyone likes to frequent?
