OT: Best All Inclusive Resort

Planning a vacation for next summer to break away from the kids for the wife and I. Tell me your favorite or best all inclusive resorts (adults only preferred). Been to Cabo a couple times (Le Blanc was the best), and wouldn't hate going back at all, but open to hear other places in Mexico or the Caribbean. Ready, go. TIA
