OT: Any of you psychos in therapy???

...Thinking about finding a therapist in LBK...... Coming up on the big 40 and have some life under the belt between kids, ex-wife, work, and beating cancer. A buddy of mine was telling me he reluctantly started therapy some time back and surprisingly feels it has helped tremendously with work and family... But he lives out of state.... Any suggestion here in LBK? Any of you guys had similar experience? Thanks.
