Wife's grandmother passed away and they cannot find the will. The next of kin is my wife's father, but he is an absolute POS loser and cannot be trusted or counted on. Dude hasn't had a job in 20yrs and even his own son has a restraining order against him.
On all her retirement/investment stuff I found in the house it shows beneficiaries with 25% going to her son and 25% to each of her three grandkids. There aren't a ton of assets outside of that. Anyway, if someone is an estate lawyer could you shoot me a DM, just trying to help get her and her siblings a little direction.
