OT: all inclusive Caribbean/Mexico resort recs?

Last summer, we went to an all-inclusive resort for the first time. (Barcelo Riviera Maya) we LOVED it. I can’t wait to go again.

What resorts have you been to that you considered a great value? Our budget is ~$1000/person, including airfare.
