I understand that the open carry legislation is on the desk of Gov. Abbott, which said he will sign it. Okay, good. I know that the only ones who will be able to open carry their sidearm are the ones who have a CHL as of now.. A few questions for y'all.
1) For the CHL people out there.......are you going to carry open or concealed?
2) Of those people who are carrying openly in public, how do we know if they are legally carrying?
