Saturday when the shootings occurred a RRS poster was pissed off because they reported the shooter was white. He got likes for saying the news media was "bringing race into it." Well who didnt know the shooters were white before they reported it? 99% of these indiscriminate shootings at schools, churches, synagogues, mosques, movie theaters, department stores, etc. are by white men. Why is that? I don't know.
I get so sick of the people who want to protect the gun lobby using mental health, video games, and movies as excuses for mass shootings. Other people go to movies. Other people play video games. But they aren't shooting up elementary schools, churches, movie theaters, walmarts, etc. Why aren't video games causing black, brown, and Asian people to do these things to random strangers?
Mental health issues knows no boundaries. It affects all races. So why aren't others committing these crimes? And if its mental health issues why aren't we sending them to mental institutions instead of prison?
I'm not bashing white people. I'm simply saying the BS mental health, video games, and movies excuses don't pass inspection.
