The largest natural gas producer in the USA is EQT. Not Shell or Exxon. They have large reserves in USA in the Marcellas Shale in West Va. etc. Sen Joe Manchin fought Biden for this line recently.
The gas has recently started to move on a big new 36 or maybe 42 in line, ETRN. I think it is moving but may be under construction. WSJ had article on it yesterday. The gas is processed in that area by MPLX . Not sure if EQT gas is going to them.
EQT has said it is talking to 6 LNG companies right now. They were getting about 2 . 25 for gas. With Lng to Europe or Asia, Japan, that could be much better. Was at 15 dollar sometime back.
