I work for a very established directional drilling company (30+ yrs in the business) and in the next month or so, we're looking to hire a well planner to work out of our Midland facility. Naturally, I'd like to try to bring on a fellow Red Raider, if possible. Experience is much preferred but we may decide to train someone up, given the current market. In that case, an engineering background and/or field experience would be helpful.
