How are they paid? Monthly, quarterly, Simi-annually, annually? If a player decides to sit out to enter the transfer portal, how should it affect his NIL payment? If a player decides to transfer at the end of a season, and he was told he would get $25,000 through the Matador NIL program, does he get all $25,000? Or does he get 3/12ths or 4/12ths of it? Will it be prorated based on monthly participation?
