UPDATE: New LB offer today

Irving (Texas) Nimitz inside linebacker Noah Spears tells me that Texas Tech has offered today.

I connected with Spears last night and Coach Spavital was by the school to see him yesterday. We will post a full story tomorrow.

Quick note from our conversation - Spears actually grew up in Lubbock and still has family that lives in town. He spends about a month in Lubbock every summer with his grandparents and still has an 806 number.
