I am planning a Colorado trip for later this year (October) and would appreciate all the advice I can get. It will be my wife and I and our two kids (16 and 12). At this point, I know we will be in the Durango area on a Friday afternoon and we will need to be in Estes Park by Sunday lunch time. What would be the most scenic route to take? Any restaurants, activities, or hotels that we need to put on the itinerary?
