Need Garage Apartment or Small House to Rent - Dallas

I am looking for a place for my son to rent in Dallas. He has some medical problems and needs either tile floors, concrete, or wood floors. No new paint in last 5 years. Single, so small place. Garage apartment or small rental house would work great. Anyone have anything available or know of someone that might have something that fits his needs?
