all a mouthful. NAFTA has been successful but at a terrible cost to wage earners. Manufacturing left America as we cannot compete paying $60 an hour to line workers. OR $15 an hour to french fry baggers) More and More manufactures can't compete globally or even here paying wages that are a third or less of what they are overseas. Trump has capitalized on these workers with a populist message but in the long run Globalization is going to happen. What went wrong with the EU and now with Obama is liberals are in charge. Too many centralized regulations and with many in America who don't have to work because government feeds them and in Europe they don't want to work long hours and the birth rates are falling they have opened their borders and are flooding Europe with Muslims.
Obama opened the flood gates here but for different reasons...he wants to bury America as we know it.
still....we all have to figure out a way for free trade and protect our workers. I don't think they are the problem...entitlements are and our politicians including Trump are not willing to confront entitlements.
what we can do is repeal Obama Care, Obama regulations and lower taxes. Then we begin to grow the economy. Borders have to be addressed and a fix for legal immigration. Much damage has been done by allowing open borders and now to add to that we have the Obama Islamic threat. (allowing ISIS to grow and now we will have to confront it)
what a mess the EU and Obama have left us (along with W invading Iraq in the first place)
again in the long run we have to reform our schools and allow school choice so we can begin to offer the black community a chance at an education instead of just passing them along. The black community has to break away from the democratic party for that to ever happen. SO it is up to them.
