Timeline of selling my house in WestRidge in McKinney, TX...

Saturday, June 6th (@ 2pm) Monday, June 8th (@9:45pm) Friday, June 19th
Saturday, June 6th my realtor held an open house from 2-4pm where 14 people showed up. One guy asked to lease it and proceeded explained that he was foreclosed on and needed a place to rent. My realtor proceeded to make him feel stupid in a nice way. Out of the 14, two parties appeared to be very interested. One of the two wanted to buy for her mom. One couple showed up with their 4 year old son while other people were viewing the house. The couple with the boy were looking over the house and asking questions to my realtor, meanwhile the boy became very curious as to what I had in my top drawer of my night stand. I forgot to remove some important items, he pulled out my SOG field knife holstered in its plastic case and two trojan packets and proceeded to ask him mom what they were and asked to open and play with them. My realtor asked me to come by after the last showing and get those items out of the house including my passport.
Monday, June 8th I receive a call from my realtor at 9:45pm, about the time me and my lady are heading to bed after a rather long and exhausting day. She tells me the lady that was wanting to buy my house for her mother is offering full price, cash offer and wants to close on June 19th (in 11 days!!) with no inspection and a 5 day option period that end on June 14th. My realtor verifies the funds and proceeds to tell me this is one heck of a deal. I agree and she sends me over the contract and I sign and return them. We agree that I keep my livingroom TV and frig there for the new home owner.
Friday, June 19th the house is set to close and I am looking to find a moving crew that can move the last few items out of my house, mainly the bulky/heavy furniture. Anyone know any reliable movers that is affordable?
