Mexico All Inclusive Resort Recs with kids 10/12

Taking the kids to Mexico for the first time this summer. The wife and I have been several times but always to adults only places. Any recs and or experiences? We've heard Hard Rock Riviera Maya is good. We are looking at that area only.
