Men's Basketball, NCAA Tourney Site question

Assuming the Men's Basketball Team is a high seed 3-4 seed, would we end up in Tulsa for the first two rounds? Looks like the closest site and what Lunardi has us at #3 in Tulsa projected at currently.

If a #2, maybe Salt Lake City?
