Over the past few weeks, I have not heard anyone mention that fact that if you don't obey the law, if you commit a crime, if you do something that you are not supposed to do....the cops are going to show up! If you act like a jack ass, are high on drugs, are offensive and disobedient, there's a good chance the cops are not going to be warm and fuzzy. Why can't people understand this? It doesn't matter if your White, Black or Hispanic....or rich or poor. If you act like a jack ass, the police are going to show up.

Probably 10 years ago, I was chatting with a police officer over coffee at a Starbucks. I was telling him how I could not imagine pulling someone over, walking up to their car door and having no idea what I was about to deal with. He told me a story about pulling over a car for speeding on I-25 in Ft. Collins, CO. As he was walking up to the car, he noticed that he couldn't see the back of the head of the person driving the car. He just saw the headrest. He decided to walk around the car to the passenger side of the car. As he walked up, the driver was laying on his back across both seats and had a sawed off shot gun pointed at the driver window.. If he would have walked up to the driver window, he would have been history.

Are there bad police officers, hell ya....but there's also a lot great police officers. When the majority of people you deal with act like Jack Asses, I'm sure over time it would start to wear on you! The crap they deal with every day is just crazy. Am I sympathetic to Black Lives Matter....of course. But I'm also sympathetic towards police officers.

What do ya'll think would happen if Police Officers went on strike!
