On TechTalk he said that at least that was the impression given by Kingsbury that Tech only had 22 scholarships to give which is the first time I have ever heard this. Then again Kingsbury said he was holding scholarships back to sign transfer or offensive and defensive line JUCO's and also said that they didn't sign more defensive linemen because they had so many capable linemen coming back. That would appear to be double talk.
