Rule change on agenda that would allow walk-ons to not have to give up the extra year if they transfer within conference. Really impressive for OU to flex this much muscle that they could change the rule just to keep their QB. The part that was unclear to me is non-recruited which would mean non-preferred as I take it. Was Mayfield a preferred? Its on the agenda but I don't know if it will pass however I would bet they have whipped up the votes.
