Just talking to my dad about how I think Tech's talent evaluators look pretty good right now, and my stepmom (Tech alum who is a Baylor fan because one of her friends knows Briles' son), and I commented on how Baylor tends to offer kids we have a couple months later. And she brought up Matt Copeland and how she had talked to him recently or something. She said Copeland told her that Stidhams girlfriend told Jarrett she hated Lubbock and it was the worst city she had ever been to and that he would hate it and he shouldn't come here. Of course this was after he had visited multiple times and knew how well he liked it. And of course his girlfriend just conveniently got moved to Baylor after he committed there. Just needed to rant because she thinks Copeland saved Stidham's life convincing him to go to Baylor and that Briles is the Lord reincarnate.
