I've seen Jamie Dimon screaming about this issue off and on for a year now. Initially, I just assumed it was whining due to new capital restrictions limiting his bottom line. However, this article seemed to hold a little weight to me. The reason for posting is because I know there are a lot smarter people than me on this board when it comes to liquidity markets and would like some transitive opinions on the matter. I'm trying to determine if it's one of those factors that affects our business without knowing it. i.e. Limiting growth in the marketplace.
