Hey y’all, the family and I are planning to move back to Lubbock after some time away, and we are looking to build. I see construction has continued down south of town. Does anyone have any unique insight into either the Estates at Kelsey Park or the newer Stratford Pointe? Also looking into other places like Estates at Vintage or Fountain Hills. Any general recommendations or builder recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Also many of these neighborhoods are now going to zone into the new Lubbock Cooper high school, so any insight on that would also be great.
