there aren't many programs to chose from if the Big 12 stays together. In my opinion they wouldn't be a bad option.

-Taps into Louisianna for recruiting
-They are very competitive in baseball and football isn't bad
- loyal fan base
- would bring some new much needed culture to the big 12
- decent geographic partner
- adding a school in SEC country
- game day atmosphere in Lafayette would be better than Aimes or Lawrence, especially of those crazy ass Cajuns were in a major conference
