I rent a 3bd/2 bath house in Fort Worth (Westworth Village proper) and it's a great deal for the current market. Roommate is moving out for work, and I would rather keep it. Nice appliances, Fenced backyard with deck, and large living area. Rent would be $850 & split bills. Can move in anytime between now and start of September.
