This board has always been a great place to come for recommendations. I'm about to start the rehab on my home in Houston, and I need to engage an architect or designer.
I'm not doing a new build, but I will be knocking down a few walls and need some assistance visualizing the changes and best layout for the space. Possibly even a small addition as well. I know I’ll need some drawings for framing, electrical, and plumbing permits.
The home is in the memorial area near Memorial/Briar Forest and BW8. If any of you do this, or have used someone you've been happy with, please let me know.
