Inner cities. so why are these areas full of black kids with no fathers, they can't read or write, know the business end of a shovel, deal and use drugs, rage at the police who are unfortunate to be assigned to police the inner cities "hopeless" after billions of taxpayer dollars spent on them (or their public officials, and public unions) after 60 years of democratic liberal polices?
Do we educate them ? Give them a shovel and "shovel ready jobs?"
give their unions more money (which is what will happen" Disarm the police or just let them eat cake?
or is "let them eat cake" what we have been doing?
How do we as a country deal with the segment of our population that wallows in the victimhood that liberals sell, that do not take personal responsibility, continue to vote for politicians who will give them obama phones, not pick up a shovel, and obviously don't care for the lousy schools we send them to?
