This is simply asinine.

Phil Jackson in a short interview used the term "posse" to describe Lebron's business partners evidently.


"You can't hold up the whole team because you and your mom and your posse want to spend an extra night in Cleveland."

It wasn't being disrespectful. Lebron is just silly. People with big egos can sometimes be so SOFT.

You have all the money in the world Lebron. It doesn't matter if someone calls your partners a crew, fellas, boys, posse, businessdudes, Lebron and the Jameses.


Jackson isn't a racist. There is nothing racist about him. He's eccentric for sure.

Also, posse isn't a racist term. I've used it to describe groups of Cowboys going after cattle russlers and also groups of men hanging out. Sometimes these groups of men even had mixed races in them, but usually they were grown white men with zero coolness factor.
