My long time friend and all around good guy, Judge Phillip Hays is running in the Republican Primary for Lubbock County Court at Law #3. He was appointed by the Commissioners to fill a vacancy and is now running for election to the judgeship. I know nothing about his opponent. I do know that Phillip has outstanding temperament perfectly suited to fairly interpret and rule on family court issues. Please do the citizens of LBK CNTY a big favor by bubbling in his name at the Republican primary polls next week. I'm pretty sure the only head scratching decision he has ever made is being my friend, but we have been for 40+ years.
