From a year ago - only 10.72% of the state was not in some level of drought condition and more than 32% of the state was in the two worst levels of drought - "Extreme" or "Exceptional"

Today more than 82% of the state is no longer in any kind of drought condition and there is nothing rated worse than "Moderate"
