Headed to a wedding on October 16-18th weekend. My brother-in-law and I like to play golf when we are together, so we wanted to find somewhere. Wedding is in Hunt, and we will either be staying in Hunt, Ingram or Kerrville. Looks like from Kerville my options within 20 minutes are: Scott Schriener Golf Course in Kerrvile, The Buckhorn in Comfort, or Lady Bird Golf Course in Fredericksburg. Anyone know anything about these, or if I am missing better options? We are both about 10 HCPs (he used to be really good but has only played 3 times in the last 8 years and still shot a 79 on labor day weekend), and want to have fun as much as play a course that will kick our rears.
