For some reason, I never caught wind of this case until this week, so for now I'm withholding my judgements.
Being that this man was a Texan, perhaps some of you have been following. Something that CNN and the NTY have both omitted in the articles I have read have been the following:
Did the jury see this video or was it withheld?
What was the police shooting victim doing with his pellet gun to prompt police presence?
I'd like to know those two things. Anyone been following this story?
