Seeing that Target and other retailers are considering this a holiday made me wonder...if you are a liberty loving sort, Juneteenth has much more credibility as a holiday than several we already observe. As far as civil rights it is more important than MLK birthday imo. As a tribute to ideals we are founded on, more appropriate than labor day.
