Not sure if the picture shows up, but i found "Milenasa de Cara" meat at United that is a super thin cut. I dehydrate jalapenos and habaneros then chop them in a blender until they are powder. Mix that with some hi mountain jerky seasoning/cure from Gander Mountain.
