Have a close friend of modest means who is being kicked out of his apartment. Long story short the apartment canceled their lease and gave them a week to move out after refusing to make repairs. The apartment above had a pipe burst which flooded their apartment with about 4 inches of water. Can still see bubbling in the drywall’s, smell the mold in the walls and they have all gotten sick. The apartment did nothing but provide box fans for 4 days.
So this means they need to find a place quick and are hoping to find a rent house. Budget is 2000 or below. Needs at least 2 bed(have a 9 yo daughter) and preferably 2 bath as well.
If anyone has a rent house or knows someone in the area I’d appreciate you letting me know. This is a great family who anyone would be lucky to have as tenants
