Gents - my folks are in need of an internet and phone solution. They have DirecTV so they are good on tv, but recently their internet and phone provider folded and they signed on with Hughes Net. Colossal failure would be an understatement. Internet is super spotty and the phone line works only half the time - problem being that my Dad's pacemaker is connected to that LAN line. Have talked to Hughes Net 100 times and they are about a Level 2 out of 10 on helpfulness.
Do you guys have any recommendations? They reside between Levelland and Smyer - about 24 miles from Lubbock.
