Was talking college football with a buddy this weekend and came around to our disdain for TCU and Baylor. This guy isn't a level one source or anything, but he is pretty well connected, especially with some of the athletes that came out of Southlake Carroll between 2003 and 2006. He informed me that Art Briles has sleeve-tattoos on both arms, that connect across his chest. I called BS, but he bet me $100 I wouldn't be able to find a picture of Art in a short sleeved shirt. Sure enough, EVERY single picture of that guy I could find online showed him in long sleeves, which I find odd for a guy who has coached his whole career in Texas. My buddy told me these recruits will come on visits and sit in there with him in a normal T-Shirt and talk tattoos and other "relate-able stuff".
Perhaps I have been living under a rock to not know this, and will pepper my angus just to be safe. Is this common knowledge? I understand this isn't a huge deal...just something I found interesting...it is the offseason after all.
