I see folks posting jobs openings and looking for work on here from time to time. Since RRS is quite the cornucopia of wisdom and connections, I thought I would ask the question: Anyone know of institional money or equity partners looking to park some of it in commercial to residential conversions? Have three targets, including one in the hub city in the center of redevlopment area. 18-24 month to stabilize which might help with tax write offs this year and next and an asset that has 1.75X to 3.0X eqity multiples when it time to exit.
