Bowman’s thoughts on the visit:

Confirmed that running backs coach Jabbar Juluke swung by New Caney to check out QB Jordan Cooper yesterday. He'll be back in town to see Cooper for an in-home visit next week. Cooper would be taken as a tailback if offered.

We can confirm that defensive line coach Terence Jamison is in Houston this week, and he swung by to see Alief Taylor OLB/rush end and Baylor Joseph Ogunbajo and Katy Taylor defensive end Otito Ogbonnia. We'll try to get updates on them.

Coach Juluke was out in Louisiana and stopped by St. James to see Mississippi State safety commit Shawn Preston. For those that don't remember, Tech was in play for Preston at one point. There appears to be some mutual interest there again with the coaching staff changing at Mississippi State. Could possibly visit Tech, though nothing set in stone. More as we know it.
