Trying to chase down 11 million people is ignorant, expensive and easy for the left to misrepresent as mean spirited. If you're thinking that way, stop! There is a better way.
Make it a felony to employ illegals punishable by 1-3 years in jail and/or $50,000 per offence (i.e., per illegal employee!!!) and ENFORCE it. Go after the employers, not the employees. These employers are 99% likely to be paying below market rates that they would have to pay unemployed Americans.
Then make it illegal for states to provide benefits for illegals. That's how you turn off money to sanctuary states, cities, etc.. And it's perfectly constitutional, because the restrictions match the purpose. Then just sit back and watch them leave.
