Collin County Red Raiders, and other interested parties: For the sake of brevity, I'm not going to mince words: I am working on something special, that will one day be considered one the greatest sports bars in the state, and I'm going to do it right in your backyard.
This concept will be a departure from anything that exists in the metroplex, and for that matter, the country. The mandate is simple: create the greatest game-day experience ever delivered outside of the stadium itself.
Perhaps the most exciting part will be our ability to subtly, and not so subtly, feature Texas Tech sports as a cornerstone of our concept. Some fun examples will be craft-spun hamburgers made with the house's special "39/33 Sauce", or various entrees that can come "Senor Sack Style". Visit our landing page at www.therivalmckinney.com. The site is just a place holder, but the info in the "Our Story" section will provide some additional color, and you may recognize a few pics from the SWC.
Soon, the next step in the process for us is a capital raise. We are getting ready to build a landmark venue, with a one-of-a-kind concept, that will be in consideration year in and year out for the best sports bar in the state, if not country. If you have any interest in coming along for the ride, it would be an honor to hear from you. Email me at josh@therivalmckinney.com. To the extent you are comfortable signing an NDA, I will provide a Concept Statement that will lay out the project details. Look forward to hearing from you.
