I ask myself, why is the line Texas -6.5? That's a crazy line because Texas should be at least -14.
So, I think Las Vegas is begging people to take Texas and lay the 6.5 because Las Vegas thinks Texas Tech is going to win or cover - and probably win outright.
Texas smoked out Louisiana-Monroe. They smoked out UTSA in a game many people thought UTSA could win. They went toe to toe with Alabama and probably outplayed Alabama for 50 minutes.
This should be a two TD spread, but it's not and it didn't open that way then get bet down to -6.5.
