Good recruiter. Over performed at Utah State by nearly any metric (bowl seasons, 9/10-win seasons, coach effect rating, historical success), and out of 1,500+ plays this season is about four to six away from being 8-3. His teams fight and will turn the corner eventually. I like the hire and while frustrated like everyone am confident for the future of the program.
